How do I know that my Order has been confirmed?
Once you have completed the payments process and an authorization has been received you will be navigated to a Thank You page on our website where you will be able to see your order confirmation details. You would also receive an E-mail confirmation for your order on your registered email id.

After I place my order, when does my purchase get shipped?
Orders are shipped in 7-10 working days through registered courier companies to all pin codes where courier service is supported by our logistics partners. Please note Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
How long before I receive my purchase?
All orders are processed from our own warehouse. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 15 business days* from receipt of payment. The shipping time for customised orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. You can always contact us at email@example.com for any issue with delivery.
* All custom orders for curtains, rugs, loungewear or any pre-order may take longer as they are made to order. Timeline for custom orders are mentioned on our product page.
How can I check where is my shipment?
You can track your order using the 'track my order' link on the email we send you once the order is shipped or through the account section of your profile on our website. You can also write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp at 9313362755 for status.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We allow exchange of products only if there is a manufacturing defect or a damage in transit. All our products are handmade with utmost care and love. All product dimensions and materials are mentioned on each product. We do not entertain exchanges for size related issues.
To exchange: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at email@example.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected product, House of Ekam will take care of the shipping. House of Ekam reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing exchanges.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of usage before will not be eligible for returns or exchange.
When will the refund from a cancellation reflect in my account?
As a policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the House of Ekam products are sold they cant be exchanged or replaced.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before the order status is ‘shipped’. To cancel you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order number.
