This set of cushions from the ‘Gulshan’ collection is a depiction of our love for Indian handicrafts translated through the hand-block printing technique. 

For the design inspiration, we walked back to the Mughal motif of poppies which was first introduced in textiles by Bridgette Singh. We have redefined the same Mughal motifs with a modern touch that perfectly speaks to the tone of our brand. The flowers are beautifully complimented with binding design elements like pomegranate and stripes in the traditional shade of green. 

While bringing you this collection, our priority was to add a feeling of coziness to your space and that is why we have worked with 100% cotton and Azo dyes. What adds to the plushness of the cushion covers is the meticulous and laborious craft of Pique Stitching, where each Tagai is at a gap of 1cm making it quite intricate. 

Please note that every cushion cover is handmade, hence the details can vary and carry small imperfections which are the acceptable hallmark of handcrafted products and truly tell a tale of traditions of craftsmanship.
